tailored to your needs
Therapy options to support your growth and well-being.

Anxiety
Therapy helps you understand the underlying causes of anxiety and develop tools to manage it effectively. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, improve emotional balance, and help you feel more calm and in control.
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and difficult to manage.
You may find yourself constantly worrying, overthinking, or feeling on edge even when there is no clear reason.
Anxiety can also affect your sleep, focus, and physical well-being.

Depression
Therapy provides a safe space to explore these feelings and begin the process of healing. Together, we focus on helping you improve your mood, restore motivation, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and direction.
Depression can leave you feeling emotionally drained, unmotivated, or disconnected from yourself and others.
You may experience sadness, hopelessness, low energy, or difficulty finding enjoyment in things that once mattered to you.

Mood Disorders
Therapy can help you better understand your emotional patterns and develop strategies to improve emotional stability, increase self-awareness, and strengthen your ability to cope with stress.
Mood disorders can cause ongoing emotional ups and downs, irritability, or difficulty managing emotions.
These experiences can impact your daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being.

Trauma Therapy
Trauma-informed therapy focuses on helping you feel safe, supported, and in control throughout the healing process.
Trauma can affect how you think, feel, and experience the world.
You may notice symptoms such as anxiety, emotional numbness, difficulty trusting others, or feeling constantly on edge.

EMDR Therapy
This therapy is structured, effective, and conducted at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences.
EMDR helps the brain naturally process difficult memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming or distressing.
Many clients experience relief from symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress.

Therapy for First Responders
Therapy provides a confidential and supportive space where first responders can process their experiences, reduce emotional distress, and develop healthier ways of coping with stress.
First responders face unique emotional and psychological demands.
Repeated exposure to trauma, high-pressure situations, and the responsibility of protecting others can take a significant toll over time.
Many first responders experience anxiety, emotional exhaustion, difficulty sleeping, or challenges transitioning between work and home life.

Substance Use Recovery Support
Recovery is a process, and ongoing support can make a meaningful difference.
Substance use is often connected to underlying emotional pain, trauma, or stress.
Therapy focuses on helping you understand these underlying factors and develop healthier coping strategies.

Relationship Issues & Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive, structured space to better understand these patterns and strengthen your relationship.
Relationships require ongoing communication, trust, and emotional connection.
Over time, stress, unresolved conflict, life transitions, or past experiences can create patterns that feel difficult to change.
